A Product (UI/UX) Designer with a strong foundation in Information Technology and a growing track record of designing thoughtful, user-centered digital experiences. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU), earned in 2020, which equipped me with a solid understanding of systems, technology and the human context in which digital products operate.
My transition into product design was intentional. Having spent time in the tech space, I recognized the opportunity to combine my technical background with a long-standing passion for design and problem-solving. Over the years, I have explored design in various forms—ranging from graphics and product concepts to digital interfaces—developing a deep appreciation for design as both a creative and analytical discipline. What draws me most to UI/UX design is its emphasis on empathy and equity.
I am particularly motivated by designing products that are inclusive, accessible and respectful of diverse users regardless of background, ability, or context. This perspective consistently informs my design decisions and encourages me to approach problems from multiple angles, balancing user needs, business goals and technical feasibility. Professionally, I am known for my integrity, discipline and strong sense of ownership.
I work well under pressure, manage time effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines. I am comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with people from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. I bring a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement to every role I take on.
Outside of work, I enjoy video games and value spending quality time with my family, whose support has been instrumental throughout my career journey. These interests further reinforce my appreciation for interactive experiences, creativity and human connection—all of which influence my approach to design.
